Newest NAFTC Member Recognized


The NAFTC is proud to recognize its newest member, Ivy Tech Community College – Lafayette Campus.

Ivy Tech Community College – Lafayette Campus is located in Lafayette, Indiana, and became an NAFTC National Training Center in October 2006. Eric Erskin, Program Chair and Assistant Professor Automotive Service Technology, was presented the member plaque during the October 26-28 NAFTC business meeting held in Memphis, Tennessee.

NAFTC Executive Director, Al Ebron, presents an NAFTC member plaque to Eric Erskin, Ivy Tech Community College – Lafayette Campus.

When asked what it meant to Ivy Tech Community College – Lafayette Campus to become a member of the NAFTC, Erskin responded, “We are very excited to be a new member to the NAFTC. The resources available are priceless! As the vehicle fuel technology changes, it’s great to be a member of an organization that looks to ‘tackle the challenges’ in meeting education, business, and industry’s training needs! I just recently participated in my first NAFTC business meeting and am very impressed with the professionalism, enthusiasm, and technical competence of fellow members and the administrative team, and I am looking forward to active participation in the future!”
